Abstract

Unit Simpan Pinjam (USP) SWAMITRA KUD Sari Mulyo 1 is one of the units owned by Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Sari Mulyo. Unit Simpan Pinjam (USP) SWAMITRA KUD Sari Mulyo 1 is a form of corporation with Bukopin Bank and Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Sari Mulyo. This unit serves a savings and loans service by granting a land certificate. This research studies how credit loans are given to a customer and how Unit Simpan Pinjam (USP) SWAMITRA KUD Sari Mulyo 1 solves neglected cases. This research applies qualitative methods by having a case study which aims to know the credit loan procedure given by Unit Simpan Pinjam (USP) SWAMITRA KUD Sari Mulyo 1 to the customer and to get the deeper information from the case example which has already been done. The result shows that loan credit issue by granting the land certificate in Unit Simpan Pinjam (USP) SWAMITRA KUD Sari Mulyo 1 must be done in some procedures and qualification which lead to the final decision about the loan credit by Bukopin Bank as the manager of Unit Simpan Pinjam (USP) SWAMITRA KUD Sari Mulyo 1. Moreover, neglected case in Unit Simpan Pinjam (USP) SWAMITRA KUD Sari Mulyo 1 will be done by having a discussion and agreement between Unit Simpan Pinjam (USP) SWAMITRA KUD Sari Mulyo 1 and the customer without taking law procedure or auction process.
