Abstract

Facing various obstacles in land services, The Section of Survey and Mapping at the Pontianak City Land Office makes a policy through pre-measurement services which are monitored through the Go Application of Land Infrastructure System (GOSIP). However, the application still has weeknesses such as not being able to be accessed online because it still uses a desktop system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the GOSIP application so that the system can not only record the administration of pre-measurement services. However, it can also be accessed online, and can assess the performance of cadaster officers and can assist in the division of labor. The purpose of this research is to design and develop an information system that can assess the performance of cadaster officers and determine the implementation of the results of the performance assessment of cadaster officer information system. This research uses research and development method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. The results of this research are an officer's performance assessment system created as a form of development of the existing GO Application of Land Infrastructure System (GOSIP). The development is carried out on the performance assessment system, eporting system, the file flow is divided into several stages, and a web-based system is made so that it can be accessed nline. Implementation of the performance assessment system is carried out through task scenarios starting from the registration process by the admin counter, registration process, data preparation, measurement, mapping, printing, and supervision.
