Abstract

Land registration activities towards a complete y/regency are priority work for all Land Offices in Indonesia, one of which is the implementation of complete village activities at the Kediri City Land Office, this activity is carried out to provide complete and reliable land information to achieve a world standard land registration system. However, in its implementation, this activity encountered obstacles in terms of achieving a complete village value, due to the lack of human resources for its cultivators and requiring appropriate strategies to complete it. This study aims to evaluate the achievements of the complete village activity, the strategies applied in the complete village activity, find the obstacles that occur, and the solutions provided in the complete village activity. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative and uantitative approaches.The results showed that the progress of complete village from the average value of complete villages become to 97,23%, the complete village activities implementing strategies with 5M aspects (man, machine, money, material and method) and there were several obstacles, both technical problems as well as non�technical problems and then give the solutions to these problems.
