Abstract

Complete Systematic Land Registration is carried out in the context of accelerating land registration which aims to create a Complete Village. The boundaries of the area used are boundaries that have not been defined definitively. The plots of land that are mapped are still potentially not in accordance with the criteria for valid data. Territorial boundaries and plots of land must meet the requirements to get a Complete Village Value as an indicator of success in creating a Complete Village. The purpose of the study was to analyze the boundaries of the area and the validity of the plots of land and to analyze the tolerance of the wide difference in the making of a complete sub-district. The research uses Mix Methods with a descriptive approach. The research method is used to accommodate the formulation of the problem taken by the researcher to be analyzed in depth. The result of the research is the comparison of the boundaries of the area in the making of the Complete Kelurahan on the registration map to the physical conditions in the field with the result that there are differences in several parts which result in differences in the area of the area. Analysis of the validity of the plot of land with the criteria for suitability of position, area, shape, and data link, the results obtained 75% meet the criteria for the suitability of the position, 79% meet the criteria for the area aspect, 83% meet the criteria in the form aspect, and 99% meet the criteria in the data link. Comparison of the tolerance of the resulting wide difference between the use of area boundaries on the KKP registration map and the results of measurements in the field and analysis of the difference in area to achieve Complete Village Value.
