Abstract

The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial lanning/ National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) requires that every certificate that will register for data maintenance services at Land Offices throughout Indonesia be validated for land data first. The Klaten District Land Office innovates in carrying out land data validation activities using the SI-PILOT application and has been running for approximately 3 to 4 months. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of using the SI-PILOT application with ISO 9126 parameters and perform a different speed test for completing the land data validation application before and after using the SI-PILOT application with the paired sample t-test. The method used in this study is a descriptive comparative method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and observation. Questionnaires were distributed and processed based on ISO 9126 parameters to 30 respondents. Observations were made on the recapitulation of the number of application files for land data validation before using the SI-PILOT application in February and March 2020 and after using the SI-PILOT application in February and March 2021. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of the feasibility of using the SI-PILOT application in validating land data using the ISO 9126 standard gets a “feasible” and "Good" rating category. The difference test in the speed of completion of the application file before and after using the SI-PILOT application based on the paired sample t-test/paired t-test results in |t count| > t table (|-2.286666766| > 2.02269092) with the accepted hypothesis that there is a significant difference in the speed of file completion so that there is an increase in the speed of completing the validation application file after using the SI-PILOT application.
