Abstract
Land acquisition planning document has an important role in every stage of land acquisition, because the document contains data that can be used as a reference for the Land Acquisition Implementer. In the implementation of land acquisition planning document for Solo – Yogyakarta Toll Road, there are several problems that hinder the implementation of land acquisition. The problem is caused by differences data listed in the land acquisition planning document with the actual conditions. This indicates that quality of land acquisition planning document can affect the implementation of land acquisition. This study aims to determine the quality of land acquisition planning document, the achievements of implementation land acquisition, and the role of land acquisition planning document in the implementation of land acquisition for Solo – Yogyakarta Toll Road. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews and document studies, then analyzed using qualitative comparison and correlation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the quality of land acquisition planning document for Solo – Yogyakarta Toll Road has a poor quality. Nevertheless, the implementation of land acquisition for Solo – Yogyakarta Toll Road is fairly smooth. This is due to the inhibiting and supporting factors that affect the implementation of land acquisition for Solo – Yogyakarta Toll Road. Based on this, the role of land acquisition planning document for Solo – Yogyakarta Toll Road at the stage of land acquisition has not been maximized.
