Abstract

Land acquisition in infrastructure development of The Singaraja�Mengwitani New Road, point 7-19, in Buleleng Regency in 2019 has not been completed. This delay affected to the time plan that has been made at the planning document. The delay of land acquisition implementation causes a delay in the land acquisition completion, also the implementation of infrastructure development. Thepurpose ofthisstudy isto find the difference between the planned time and thereality of the implementation time, also the causes of misschedule in land acquisition for infrastructure development. This study uses a qualitative method with a rationalistic approach. The results of this study: firstly, the time difference is clearly visible at the inventory and identification activities, compensation consultations, and the providing compensation. Secondly, the cause of misschedule is due to the lack of proper management functions include: planning (inappropriate planning), organizing (related to human resources as the main actors in the implementation of activities), actuacting (related to joint actions or efforts in achieving goals), and controlling (less supervision).
