Abstract

Through PTSL activities, the Ministry of ATR/BPN has significantly increased the number of land parcels that have been digitally mapped, including cluster 3.3 land parcels which are a product of PTSL activities which are only carried out until the stage of physical data collection. If the land parcel in cluster 3.3 is to be applied for registration of rights, the land office must first check in the field to determine whether a re-measurement is required or not. The Ministry of ATR/BPN already has a Tanahku survey application, but its use is still maximized in PTSL activities based on community participation and the Tanahku survey application does not yet provide features to be able to set the required attributes or forms. The SW Maps application is an application that can provide geospatial information and collect GIS data with forms that can be arranged as needed. The aims of this study are 1) To determine the application of the SW Maps application in the identification and verification of cluster 3.3 land parcels. 2) To determine the external and internal quality of the use of the SW Maps application in the identification and verification of cluster land parcels 3.3. The research was conducted using descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. This study aims to describe the quality of the SW Maps application after the simulation in the identification and verification activities of cluster 3.3 land parcels at the Surabaya II City Land Office. The results of this study, 1) The SW Maps application can be used as an alternative application that can be used by the Surabaya II Land Office in the identification and verification of cluster 3.3 land parcels. The SW Maps application can be used to build an information system for cluster 3.3 plots of land which will display the basis for the consideration of the 3.3 cluster verification. 2) The SW Maps application is rated with ISO 9126 with an average total score of 60.65. The value indicates that the SW Maps application is included in the "effective" interval scale for use and can be carried out according to its function and quality for use in the identification and verification of cluster land parcels 3.3.
