Abstract
The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency is increasingly improving services and changes in the digital direction. Digital-based services in the Land Office require a geographic information system or GIS. Land acquisition information system can be applied as a container of information disclosure and digital storage space archive of land acquisition activities. The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of SIPT and SIGPeta applications, the comparison of the features and functions of both applications, the advantages and disadvantages of the application and to find out the obstacles in the application of SIPT and SIGPeta in the Land Office of Bengkulu city. The method used for research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research is conducted in order to describe SIPT and SIGPeta in land acquisition activities that have been running in a land office, knowing the shortcomings and advantages, knowing the obstacles and solutions carried out from SIGPeta and SIPT. Based on the results of the study, SIPT and SIGPeta applications can be applied well in the land office of Bengkulu city. function and features owned by SIPT and SIGPeta are different from the advantages and isadvantages of each. SIPT focuses on data entry ranging from the preparation stage, implementation stage, to the delivery of the results of land acquisition activities, while SIGPeta focuses on presenting data on the results of land acquisition activities or post land acquisition. There are several obstacles in the application of SIPT and SIGPeta in the Land Office, but these barriers can be found solutions. Keywords: land acquisition, SIPT, SIGPeta
