Abstract

One of the aims of the one map policy is to increase the accuracy of the map by providing a large-scale Base Map and preparing regulations and standardization of the mapping carried out. Several problems were encountered in the provision of large-scale Base Maps, namely the problem of overlapping authorities to the problem of not synchronizing the regulations, including the low availability of large-scale Base Maps in Indonesia. Currently aerial mapping technology has undergone significant developments. The existence of Hybrid UAV or UAV VTOL technology combined with a non-metric camera can produce Base Maps with good accuracy. In addition to the development of aerial mapping technology, measurement technology is also growing rapidly where measurements using GNSS with the RTK-NTRIP method can produce accuracy close to the accuracy of the Static measurement method. The research aims to test the accuracy of the photo map acquired by the VTOL UAV and non-metric camera and processed using the Static GCP and RTK-NTRIP measurement methods. From the test results oef the resarche, obtained the CE90 value of photo maps processed with Static GCP and RTK-NRIP of 0.407 and 0.440 so that both of maps are classified into a 1:1,000 scale map class 2, while the LE90 values are 0.814 and 0.774 so that both of maps also classified into 1:2500 class 3 scale map
