Abstract

The administration of orderly administration is very necessary in the land sector. Good data and information management can support the government in realizing sustainable national development. One way to realize better management of land data and information is through the Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis lengkap (PTSL) program where one of the goals of PTSL is to build a complete city database where all registered and mapped land parcels will open up job opportunities. equally strategic and facilitate Ease of Doing Business. PTSL has been running since 2017, but data integration has not been carried out optimally. The land data at the land office and the kelurahan office are very different and the data currently available at the kelurahan is old data. To integrate land data, the Mojokerto City Government and the Mojokerto City Land Office on 7 September 2020 made a joint agreement in the land sector through the Tri Juang. The Tri Juang involves three pillars consisting of the Mojokerto City Government, the Mojokerto City Land Office and the Village. The synergy of these three pillars is expected to produce a field-based regional map. To realize the Tri Juang in Mojokerto City, it is necessary to build a land database in the kelurahan, where the database is used to design the village webgis. To be able to carry out land data integration, it is necessary to build a land database in the village in the form of a webgis where this land database can be accessed, managed and updated data by the village.
