Abstract

In order to fulfill the complete village requirements, the Pontianak City Land Office carries out a registration for change of village without any request from the community which is called auto-confirmation. Based on the results of the spatial analysis, there are 18,276 plots of land that have not been recorded for uto�confirmation. This causes an increase in the workload of the complete kelurahan implementing officer. The results of the calculation of the initial workload analysis, obtained an FTE index value of 9.2018, meaning that this auto-confirmation job is in the overload category or the workload is very heavy. So that innovation is needed to reduce manual and repetitive work carried out by complete kelurahan implementing officers. The purpose of this research is to build an application that replaces human labor in recording auto-confirmation on the MPA application with RPA technology. The research method used is research and development. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observations and document studies. The results showed that the application was built using the RPA Development Life Cycle method with the following stages: (1) Planning (2) Designing, (3) Application Development, (4) Whitebox testing, (5) Result implementation, (6) Evaluation. The development of this application is made with the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework) provided by the UIPath platform. Testing the system using whitebox testing with the results of the application running as expected. The evaluation of the workload after the application showed a decrease in the FTE index value of 12.85%.
