Abstract
The realization of a complete village can be done by mapping all parcels of land village by village, whether problematic or not, including physical data and juridical data so that it can produce a valid land database. One of the innovations to accelerate the completion of PTSL and the realization of a complete village is through stakeholder involvement by the Klaten Regency Land Office. The Klaten Regency Land Office has pioneered the sharing of data and information between stakeholders. This study aims to determine the quality of spatial data for complete village mapping as a result of multi-stakeholder involvement, and to determine the role and influence of multi-stakeholder involvement on the quality of spatial data for complete village mapping. The method used in this study is a mixed method, especially a sequential exploratory strategy. The study was carried out by measuring the sample of land parcels and then carrying out a comparative test on a complete village map by referring to the 2020 PTSL Technical Guidelines and PMNA/KaBPN 3/1997 Technical Guidelines. The quality of the spatial data of land parcels in complete village mapping results from the involvement of multi-stakeholder stakeholders in Kokosan Village, namely 100% according to location, 100% not according to position, 73.33% meeting map and SU tolerances, 41.67% meeting map and measurement area tolerances, 55 % met the SU wide tolerance and measurement, 2 plots met the ground plane spacing tolerance, and there were significant differences in the shape of the plots. The multi-stakeholder implementation has an effect on the location of the plot of land but does not affect the quality of the spatial data on the plot of land. It is necessary to repair, update and improve the quality of spatial data after a complete village has been implemented and coordination between stakeholders will continue in the context of synchronizing and updating land parcel data.
