Abstract

The 2020 Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) was hampered due to the Covid-19 outbreak. In an effort to overcome these obstacles, the Purworejo Regency Land Office uses the e-BPN application to facilitate the completion of the PTSL target. The purpose of the study was to determine the use of the e-BPN application in the collection and integration of PTSL data, as well as the effectiveness of the application in accelerating PTSL. This study uses Mix Methods with a descriptive approach. Quantitative data analysis is emphasized on the effectiveness of the use of the e-BPN application, namely descriptive statistical data analysis. Meanwhile, qualitative data analysis was carried out by making logical explanations of the results of interviews, observations, and document studies related to the use of the e-BPN application in the implementation of PTSL. The results showed that the use of the e-BPN application was caused by 3 (three) things, namely (1) in an effort to accelerate the Purworejo Regency Land Office towards electronic services; (2) The e-BPN application has been integrated with other agencies and the division of tasks is systematic; (3) Increasing the target from 5 complete villages in 2020 to 2 complete sub-districts in 2021. The effectiveness of the e-BPN application obtains an average value for time speed of 4.45 or 88.95%, data quantity 4.08 or 81.7 %, and the data quality is 4.4 or 88%. so it is categorized as very effective.
