Abstract
(RPJMN) IV 2020-2024 as stated in Presidential Regulation No. 18 of 2020, has seven development agendas that are interrelated with each other. Where the agenda number two is "Developing Regions to Reduce Gaps", namely "P4T inequality and low legal certainty of land rights". Therefore, based on the strategic issue of land in the 2020-2024 RPJMN, the Ministry of ATR/BPN through the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan has set the ministry's goal of organizing land management to realize people's welfare, with the goal of realizing P4T that is legal and productive. This study aims to explain how the process of collecting the presentation and uploading of IP4T, evaluation of the implementation of the SiPetik application based on ISO-9126, and the results and benefits of IP4T mapping using the SiPetik application. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The analysis technique In this study, data analysis was obtained from the description or explanation of data collection from the Check List method in the form of questions in the form of indicators based on the function of software products (Functionality), Maintenance (Reliability), Efficiency (Efficiency), Software changes (Maintainability), Software migration (Portability) and Ease of use (Usability). The results of the study: there are 4 indicators that the features available in the SiPetik application are very good, namely aspects of Functionality, Efficiency, Portability, and Usability. One indicator that the features available in the SiPetik application are sufficient is the Maintaibility aspect. One indicator that the features available in the SiPetik application are good is the reliability aspect. Overall, the SiPetik software/application can be declared very good because of the 21 (twentyone) features stated through the check list 19 (nineteen) features 86.11% are met by the SiPetik software/application. Conclusion: the evaluation results based on ISO-9126 indicators overall SiPetik application obtained a very good score with a percentage of 86.11%. Thus, from the six aspects of the evaluated indicators, the SiPetik software/application was very good to be implemented in the Ministry of ATR/BPN. Keywords: IP4T, SiPetik, ISO-9126
