Abstract

The Basic Agrarian Law's goal is to provide legal certainty guarantees on land. Efforts are being made to make that goal possible by improving the land database. Pre-service activities for land data validation are carried out in each Land Office of the City / Regency, including the Klaten District Land Office, to improve the land database. The Land Plotting Information System (Si-Pilot) is used at the Klaten District Land Office for pre-service activities such as land data validation. In reality, the pre-service process of manually validating land data continues to coexist alongside the si-pilot application's pre-service process of land data validation. The goal of this study is to learn about the implementation, challenges, and solutions for the Si-Pilot application at the Klaten District Land Office. This study uses qualitative method where data obtained from interviews, observations and document studies. The study's outcome is the usage of the si-pilot application at the Klaten District Land Office, although there are still some variables that function as roadblocks, causing the pre-service process of land data validation to be done manually and digitally via the Si-Pilot application..
