Abstract

In the meeting of the director general of surveys and mapping on March 20, 2022, PTSL Land Field Maps (2017-2021) were realized as many as 38,119,403 and K4 were realized as many as 4,893,987. Some of the obstacles found to solve K3 include PBT overlap with land, PBT overlap with land assets, PBT overlap with area, position of shape and area of land that do not match some K3 products indicated on screen delineation results. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the physical data measured and the quality of the mapping of land parcels carried out by the Gresik Regency Land Office, to determine the level of validity of the PBT results from the 2021 Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) and to know the role of the District Land Office. Gresik in improving the quality of PBT from PTSL. The validity value obtained by the Measurement Figure is 0.661 which means it is quite high, the validity value of the Land Plane Map is 0.551 which means it is not high enough, the area validity value is 0.693 is quite high, the position validity value is 0.762 is quite high, the form validity value is 0.496 is not high enough. The implementation of quality control carried out by the Gresik Regency Land Office is less than optimal which results in the low reliability value of the Land Plane Map.
