Abstract
The application launched by the Kudus Regency Land Office, namely Jendela Informasi dan Pelayanan Digital Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kudus (Jenang Kudus) has similar functions to the application launched by the Ministry of ATR / BPN, namely Layanan Mandiri Pertanahan Online (Loketku). This research aims to find out the differences in the features of the two applications and to find out the feasibility of the "Jenang Kudus" application with ISO 9126 parameters. The method used in this research is a descriptive comparative method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through questionnaires and observations. The questionnaire is distributed and processed based on ISO 9126 parameters to users of the Jenang Kudus application. Observations are made to find out the differences in the features of the two applications. The results of this research show that 1) The "Loketku" application provides better features than the "Jenang Kudus" application. 2) ISO 9126 test of the "Jenang Kudus" application, "good" functionality aspect, "excellent" reliability aspect, "good" Usability Aspect, "good" Maintainbilinty Aspect, "poor" Efficiency Aspect, and Portability Aspect "excellent".
