Abstract
The complete village is the first step for the land office in improving the quality of spatial data as an effort to avoid land problems. Based on the 2021 PTSL Technical Guidelines, data quality is grouped into six data qualities with a focus on completing K4. Reviewing strategies in the completion of PTSL and at the same time being able to carry out mapping of K4 land plots effectively in order to accelerate the realization of complete villages/kelurahan. Researchers use qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. This method is useful in providing an overview of efforts to complete K4 land plots at the Demak Regency Land Office in realizing a Complete Village / Kelurahan. Data obtained through document studies, observations and interview results with the Demak Regency Land Office regarding efforts to improve the quality of K4 land plot data into KW1 land plots in realizing complete villages/villages at the Demak Regency Land Office. Researchers selected 3 (three) villages/kelurahan to be sampled in mapping the characteristics of K4, namely: 1) Jetaksari Village with 1,935 registered land plots that have K4 land plots amounting to 211 for the year 1992 to 2017; 2) Wonorejo village as many as 3,145 plots of land registered with 1,472 plots of K4 land with a range from 1963 to 2010; and 3) Karangrejo Village as many as 2,078 plots of land with 182 plots of K4 land with a range from 1998 to 1995. In an effort to improve the quality of K4 land plot data in the Land District of Demak Regency, it is generally carried out through several schemes: 1) Making a Decree (SK) for Location Determination and a Decree (SK) for the Technical Team of Activities; 2) Establishment of a Juridical Team in the implementation of the revalidation of the land book; and 3) Measurement Survey.
