Abstract

This research is aim to know the physical and non-physical potential of the Ngadirojo Kidul village area and then formulate it in an action plan for community empowerment activities. In addition, the researcher estimates the impact on income and village communities as well as estimates the inhibiting factors and driving factors for its implementation and develops a strategy solving the factors. This research was conducted with a qualitative method. Where data collection is done by means of surveys, observations, interviews and documentation. Processing and analyzing data using analytical methods in order to obtain a general and comprehensive picture of the potential of the village and the types of businesses that can be developed. The results of the study indicate that there are various business potentials that can be developed in the preparation of community empowerment action plans. Among of them are cashew cultivation, preservation and development of cultural arts, and community development by through home industry product.
