Abstract
The Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activities that have been running since 2017 have produced complete spatial and textual data on each village marked by the implementation of the Complete Village Declaration (DDL). In line with the objectives of the multipurpose cadastre, it is necessary to utilize the PTSL database to be used as a data exchange medium so that it can provide access to information related to land plots to various relevant agencies in need. The purpose of this research is to prototype an information system design by applying the web-based multipurpose cadastral concept, analyzing what obstacles are faced in the manufacturing process, and knowing what are the benefits that can be obtained from the application of the multipurpose cadastral concept. This research uses Research and Development research methods. In making prototypes of information system designs, researchers will only involve 3 (three) agencies, namely the Land Office, regional revenue agencies, and the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The results of this study are 1) Making a prototype of a land information system by applying the multipurpose cadastral concept can be carried out after the integration of spatial and textual data from each agency. The resulting information system is in the form of a webgis that can display information from a plot of land in detail that can be used for various purposes. 2) The areas resulting from PTSL activities can be used as spatial databases to support the development of multipurpose cadastres in Indonesia. 3) Synergy between all agencies must be strengthened in order to support data exchange so as to facilitate data integration between agencies.
