Abstract
Utilization of Land Rights Certificates (SHAT) as access to capital is one of the alternatives for the community to obtain capital in carrying out business in an economic sector. This study aims to determine the utilization of Land Rights Certificates to increase community income in Batu Putih Village. The research method used is a descriptive approach qualitative research method with data collection techniques through document studies, surveys and interviews. The research findings show that land rights certificates can be a solution for the community to increase their income, especially in the agricultural sector. The community utilizes land certificates as access to higher capital to increase agricultural productivity, so that in the agricultural sector the community gets maximum results.
