Abstract
Starting from the COVID-19 pandemic era which requires all activities to impose Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and implement a social distancing system, Semarang City Land Office created Lantern application improve quality of land services by reducing number queues at physical service counter. This study aims determine operating system Application, conditions before after use Application effectiveness using based on assessment users. The research method used is mixed with descriptive approach. Respondents questionnaire in this were power attorney recipients who had Lentera an age range 18 – 40 years totaling 30 people. results are: 1) provides several types including validation it that can be accessed proxy; 2) Judging utilization proven effective manager's point view because has successfully achieved its main goal, namely reduce counter; 3) user's obtained percentage 79.46%.
