Abstract

The land of redistribution in the Donan urban Village was a follow-up to resolution of the conflict between the people of Donan urban Village and the Dharma Mulia Foundation. The conflict began when the community carried out their land and asked the Dharma Mulia Foundation to release their assets. Through this research, the researcher need to describe the history from the beginning until the conflict occurred, explain the steps taken by the Agrarian Reform Task Force Team (GTRA) in carried out conflict resolution, and explain the supporting factors and obstacles in carried out the stages of land redistribution. This Research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research methodology to support this research was carried out through interviews with selected informants, observation and document studies. The result was showed that this conflict resolution effort was pursued outside the court by means of mediation. The follow-up this conflict resolution was the handing over of 2.67 ha of land through land redistribution activities in the form of Property Rights Certificates to 200 heads of families in the Donan urban Village. The steps were taken by the GTRA team to carried out this conflict resolution have complied with the procedure. However, there were still obstacles in the land redistribution stages, namely, inaccuracies in communication and regional condition.
