Abstract

In practice, access reform activities do not always run smoothly, some problems are encountered such as ignorance of the abilities of the subject and the land object, the parties involved are not optimal and there is no increase in income after the activity is carried out. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a plan based on the potential of the Sumberarum Village area, the conditions of economic activity and the parties involved so that the implementation can be maximized. The research method used is a survei with a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of the preparation of the plan are in the form of increasing the agricultural production of the Sumberarum Village farmers; produce young farmers in the Sumberarum Village; development of the processing and marketing of agricultural products in the Sumberarum Village; development of production and marketing of weaving produced by craftsmen from Sumberarum Village; and increasing the entrepreneurial capacity of the community. The impact of these activities increases each aspect of economic activity in their respective fields in the Sumberarum Village Keywords: community empowerment, stakeholder, plan impact
