Abstract

Infrastructure development has become the vision and mission of the current government. This is based on Law Number 2 of 2012 which contains a National Strategic Project or PSN which has the objective of developing the public interest. In developing for the public interest it is necessary to carry out land acquisition activities. Lebanisuko Village is one of the areas that became the location for land acquisition, namely the construction of infrastructure for the Krian-Legundi- Bunder-Manyar Toll Road (KLBM). The construction of the KLBM toll road will be carried out from 2019 to 2023. From this, of course there will be visible land changes. In addition, the procurement of land for development in the public interest affects the social conditions of the community. The objectives of this study are: to find out changes in land use and the impact of changes in land use around the construction site of the Krian-Legundi Bunder Manyar (KLBM) Toll Road in Lebanisuko Village and to find out the social conditions of the people in Lebanisuko Village, Wringinanom District after changes in land use around the land acquisition site for the Krian-Legundi Bunder Manyar (KLBM) Toll Road. The method in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Source of data obtained through primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the results of interviews and observations. While secondary data obtained from literature studies, journals, office documents. The purpose of this study is to determine changes in land use and the impact of changes in land use on the community after the construction of infrastructure facilities and infrastructure for the Krian-Legundi Bunder Manyar Toll Road (KLBM) and to determine the social conditions of people who own land and are affected by Land Acquisition in the Construction of the Krian Toll Road - Legundi Bunder Manyar (KLBM). The results of this study are to identify and analyze changes in land use in Lebanisuko Village from 2019 to 2023 and the social impacts resulting from the construction of the Krian-Legundi Bunder Manyar Toll Road (KLBM).
