Abstract

The Ministry of ATR/BPN admits that there are still many problems related to the implementation of KKPR. Sutaryono et al (2022) explained that a number of obstacles to the implementation of the KKPR, namely: the transformation from manual to digital in the systemOnline Single Submission (OSS) and preparation of Regional Spatial Plans and Detailed Spatial Plans. Problems identified include: regulations, institutions, human resources and service work procedures. Nurhikmawati (2022) explained that PKKPR activities in Semarang Regency which were held for business activities through the OSS application were not yet effective. This is marked by the obstacles in implementing PKKPR through the OSS application which originates from regulations, the substance content is not ready, the OSS application still has many weaknesses and the FPR has not yet been formed. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of business licensing services through KKPR in Bogor Regency, to find out the obstacles and solutions for business licensing through KKPR in Bogor Regency. The research method used kualitatif deskriptif. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews and observations. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from document studies such as: statutory regulations documents, documents resulting from business permits in the form of Land Technical Consideration (PTP) products, KKPR Approvals, data related to the number of KKPR business entries and exits. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that it is important to accelerate the preparation of the RDTR so that the business licensing process in Bogor Regency can be processed quickly and in accordance with the spatial planning that has been determined by the government to resolve the problems that have arisen.
