Abstract

Banyuraden Village Land Information System is a land information system designed to optimize land services and facilitate access to land data at the village level. This research aims to design a land information system to facilitate land services at the village level. This research includes needs analysis, system design, testing and data maintenance. The data collection method involved interviews with resource persons, literature study, and direct observation in Banyuraden Village. The results of the needs analysis showed a variety of land data and a variety of parties who need these data services. The service business process has been integrated in the design of the land information system to optimize services related to the land information system. The design of the land information system involves the stages of design planning, system testing, and data maintenance mechanisms. The designed land information system presents land utilization data, protected paddy field data, Land and Building Tax (PBB), land utilization data, and Land Value Zone (ZNT) data. This system provides benefits for the community, business entities, and government agencies that require land information. Tests were conducted on web pages and MySQL databases, showing positive results in data search and access. This research contributes to improving the quality of land services in Banyuraden sub-district, and serves as an example for other sub-districts. This information system assists better decision-making in land management and facilitates access to relevant information.
