Abstract

The implementation of land registration throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia is a task that must be carried out by the government and right holders, in accordance with Articles 19, 23, 32, and 38 of the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA). Finding factors that do not fulfill the principle of delimitation contradiction and steps from the Semarang City Land Office to resolve boundary mark conflict disputes. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The findings of the research conducted that people do not know how to fulfill the principle of delimitation contradiction according to the law and boundary markers can cause land problems. The step of the land office in the event of a land conflict dispute is to mediate with the disputing parties. The Semarang City Land Office will also re-measure the boundaries of the disputed land parcels to restore the boundaries. In addition, for land disputes with companies, the company generally buys the disputing residents' land with its assets so that the assets are not lost and for boundary mark disputes with the local government, it will release the assets to the community with the asset release process.
