Abstract

PTSL is a Land Registration activity for the first time which is carried out simultaneously for all Land Registration objects throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. PTSL activities besides accelerating land registration are also carried out to improve the quality of land parcel data in the Computerized Land Office (KKP) registration map. This research focuses on the settlement of cluster four (K4) plots of land in order to accelerate the realization of a complete regency in the Bandung district land office. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and document study. Data analysis used in the research includes 1) Data Reduction, 2) Data Presentation and 3) Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study are described as follows: 1) The Bandung Regency Land Office does not yet have a complete village/kelurahan. 2) There are external and internal obstacles in the implementation of improving the data quality of K4 land parcels. 3) The Bandung District Land Office in improving data quality in the K4 field involves five management elements commonly known as 5M consisting of Man, Money, Materials, Machines, and Methode.
