Abstract

To accelerate land registration in Indonesia, President Joko Widodo has issued a mandate to the Ministry of ATR/BPN to implement the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. Since the program was launched in 2017, the Ministry has successfully registered 101 million parcels of land out of a target of 126 million parcels of land by 2025. Given that there are still 25 million parcels of land that must be registered, the Ministry of ATR / BPN conducts methods to accelerate PTSL, one of which is with Thematic Mapping of Land and Space. In 2022 the Gresik District Land Office received an allocation for making Thematic Land and Space Maps (PTPR) in 4 sub-districts, 73 villages with a volume of 174,500 fields. This study aims to determine the mechanism for integrating PTSL activities with PTPR activities and improving the results of PTPR activities into registration maps at the Gresik District Land Office. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through surveys with interviews and observations and document studies to strengthen the findings made. The results of this study are the mechanism for integrating PTSL activities with PTPR activities, namely location determination, inventory of registered land parcels, coordination meetings, technical guidance, counseling, field surveys, and NIS mapping and integration with KKP.
