Abstract
UMKM are a sector that has the potential to become a pillar in supporting the economy in Indonesia. This condition is inversely proportional to access to capital, which is the main factor of an UMKM in developing its business. UMKM actors in Indonesia currently still have difficulties in accessing capital at banking institutions in Indonesia. So that the land registration program is expected to be a solution to this problem. This study aims to determine the benefits, effectiveness of the cross-sector certification program in efforts to increase access to capital for UMKM actors and what factors have an influence in achieving program effectiveness and how the community views the existence of cross-sector certification programs in access to capital. The research method used is socio-economic with a quantitative approach that compares conditions before and after cross-sector certification, followed by qualitative analysis. In this study, several results were obtained, including that the cross-sector program provides benefits in accessing capital for UMKM actors. Secondly, the cross-sector program is effective in increasing the capital of UMKM. Third, the readiness of the community to receive information and the desire to improve economic conditions are the main factors in the cross-sector program reaching an effective point. Finally, the existence of cross-sector certification has made the cross-sector program more effective. Keywords: cross-sector programs, UMKM, benefits, effectiveness, influence, capital.
