Abstract

PP No. 19/2021 article 6 stipulates that the land acquisition plan must be in the form of a land acquisition planning document by including an estimated period of land acquisition implementation. Notification Letter No. 593/4700 on the Development Plan for the Piyungan Regional Landfill (TPA) in Bantul Regency states that the stages of preparation, implementation, and submission of results will be carried out in fiscal year 2022. However, at the end of 2022, it is still in the stage of deliberation on the form of losses and the implementation of compensation payments. This research aims to find out the inhibiting and driving factors for the implementation of land acquisition for the development of Piyungan Regional Landfill construction in Bantul Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The results showed that the driving factors of Land Acquisition activities for the Development of Piyungan Regional Landfill Development in Bantul Regency include a concentrated location, involvement of all fields, adequate human resources, and a cooperative community. However, there are several inhibiting factors, such as rejection, difficulty contacting some parties, low valuation, unclear land ownership boundaries, and limited budget. Land acquisition activities are carried out in accordance with PP No. 19/2021 and Permen ATR/BPN No.19/2021 regulations. Keywords: land procurement, development of construction, driving, inhibitin.
