This research aims to find out how the implementation of the BPHTB reduction policy in PTSL and how influential it is in accelerating PTSL. The method used in this research is mixed method. Implementation of the BPHTB Reduction Policy using the concept of George C. Edward III concept and Box-Plot to provide an overview of data distribution and acceleration. The results showed that the 100% BPHTB Reduction Policy for taxpayers in PTSL was not effective and efficient. The policy has an insignificant impact on the acceleration of PTSL. However, after the implementation of PTSL, PM targets can be realised in accordance with what has been determined.
