Abstract

The Complete villages are villages that have complied with the provisions that all land parcels have been registered and mapped according to standards both spatially and juridically. Until 2023, the Yogyakarta City Land Office has completed complete villages in 45 villages in 14 sub-districts. The successful completion of complete villages can be a reference for other Land Offices in realizing it. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted by describing the quality of the condition of the factors that influence the determination of complete villages in the Yogyakarta City Land Office, namely human resources, supporting documents, budgets, stages and supporting equipment for the Yogyakarta City Land Office in the implementation of the determination of complete villages. Researchers selected informants for this study, namely (1) Head of the Survey and Mapping Section, (2) Head of the Rights Determination and Registration Section and (3) complete urban village officers in both the Survey and Mapping Section and the Rights Determination and Registration Section. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and document study related to the completion of complete villages at the Yogyakarta City Land Office. The results of this study are (1) Human Resources (2) Budget (3) Supporting Documents, (4) Methods/Stages and (5) Equipment/Machinery in the implementation of a complete urban village in the Yogyakarta Land Office. The results of this study are (1) Human Resources are in accordance with the criteria, (2) The budget is different from what is stated in the Technical Guidelines, (3) Supporting documents meet the criteria, (4) Methods / Stages of implementation that are inversely different from the Technical Guidelines and (5) Equipment that is adequate in the implementation of Complete Village in the Yogyakarta City Land Office.Keywords: The Complete Village, Factors, Success
