Abstract

The room cannot be separated from humans because humans always move and are in it. Spatial planning is carried out so that in the use of land there is no overlap in its utilization. The government controls the use of space to produce a detailed spatial plan, namely RDTR. Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) is a detailed plan about the spatial layout of the city area equipped with zoning regulations which is an elaboration of the Regency Spatial Plan (RTRW) which is equipped with more detailed references to space utilization and sets blocks in functional areas by paying attention to harmony between activities in order to create a harmonious environment. The preparation of RDTR has several obstacles that can lead to conflict, so it is necessary to utilize land data, namely land parcel data. The purpose of this research is to find out the problems and solutions carried out in the preparation of RDTRs that do not use land parcel maps. Through exploratory sequential method with spatial approach analysis. Analysis was carried out based on the results of interviews and document studies. The results of the analysis of the problems that exist in the RDTR are that there are designations that are not in accordance with the land parcels so that they give rise to solutions by utilizing the land parcel map as land data. Then an overlay was made between the RDTR map and the land parcel map which resulted in a land parcel-based RDTR map. Processed map results Keywords : RDTR, Land Parcel, Utilization
