Abstract

The Land Thematic Map is a map that presents georeferenced themes needed for land analysis and to present land spatial information (Arnowo, 2021). The Land and Space Thematic Map (PTPR) is a product of the Directorate of Thematic Survey and Mapping of the Ministry of ATR / BPN and has a strategic position as a basic layer in planning activities, development of land and space activities (Directorate of Thematic Survey and Mapping, 2020). This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach which is carried out to find out more about the stages of implementation as a research instrument, so that researchers have the assumption that this qualitative method can be used to observe the acceleration of the completion of the Thematic Land and Space Map based on synergized work in Gresik Regency in order to realize a complete district which can then be used as evaluation material for the Gresik Regency Land Office. Researchers selected informants for this study, namely (1) Head of the Gresik District Land Office, (2) Head of the Survey and Mapping Section of the Gresik District Land Office, (3) Head of Kelurahan / Village Head, (4) Implementers of Thematic Land and Space Map Activities, and (5) Regional Secretary of Gresik Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and study of documents related to documents that can provide information related to the process and results of the implementation of PTPR. The results of this study are (1) The results of the efforts made to accelerate the completion of the thematic maps of land and work-based spaces in synergy in Gresik Regency, namely as following: (a) There is synergy between parties in this case the Land Office, Regional Government and Village Government through the Trijuang Pattern so that the desired success is achieved. This is shown by the completion of PTPR in 4 (four) Districts, namely Gresik District, Kebomas District, Kedamean District and Wringinanom District, having exceeded the target set for land parcels, namely 174,500 plots resulting from the initial target of 153,500 plots. (b) There is a new strategy used, namely the Movement to Place Boundary and Spatial Signs (GEBETAN BARU). This movement carried out the installation of boundary signs simultaneously with landowners and boundary neighbors in the framework of securing assets. (c) There is an effort to improve data by integrating PTPR Gresik Regency with Registration Map data on the KKP application. (d) Another effort is cooperation with the Regional Government in providing additional socialization through the government regarding appeals to landowners to play an active role in the implementation of PTPR and (2) The supporting factor for accelerating the completion of PTPR is the existence of support and good cooperation from the Parties between the Office Other land affairs, Regional Government and Village Government. Keywords: Synergies, The Thematic Mapping, Efforts.
