Abstract
One of the main focuses of the current government program is infrastructure development through land acquisition. The construction of double rail lines is one of the government's efforts to reduce congestion and increase transportation capacity. One of them is the construction of the Solo-Semarang Double Rail Line in Banjarsari District. However, in its implementation, this project experienced problems in the implementation of compensation, namely the community has not received compensation. This study aims to analyze the implementation of compensation, the factors causing the delay in the implementation of compensation and the solutions carried out. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the factors causing the inhibition of the implementation of compensation were the Certificate of Property Rights which was still a guarantee and the subject of rights who had died. The solution is to reduce the area of land affected by the construction of double rail lines by splitzing or paying off debts in banks and for deceased rights subjects heirs make a certificate of inheritance first.
