Abstract

The development of the times, of course, the development is increasingly rapid. Investment cannot be separated from development. Investment plays a role in infrastructure development such as roads, industrial buildings and settlements. This development certainly requires land that is often used is agricultural land. This causes the conversion of agricultural land. Therefore, the government is trying to control the conversion of agricultural land by issuing a Protected Land Policy through Ministerial Decree ATR/BPN Number 1589/SK-HK.02.01/XII/2021. This study aims to look at the effect of LSD on the investment climate, the suitability of LSD on spatial pattern plans, spatial synchronization efforts, and the implementation of LSD policies at the Lamongan District Land Office. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative with a hypothesis testing approach and spatial approach (spatial). The results of hypothesis testing and analysis show that the effect of LSD on the investment climate is very weak, namely 4.9%, while 95.1% is influenced by other factors not examined. From the results of the spatial analysis (overlay) between the LSD map and the RTRW, it showed that land suitability was 49.94%, while 50.06% was not suitable or determined outside paddy fields.
