Abstract
Complete Systematic Land Registration or PTSL is a program that aims to provide legal certainty and legal protection of land rights owned by the community so as to improve the welfare and prosperity of the community. Land is a natural resource that is included in livelihood assets. Livelihood assets are everything that a community has to earn its life. Livelihood assets consist of 5 (five) assets, namely human, financial, physical, natural, and social. Maximum utilization of livelihood assets is considered to improve the standard of living of the community which will later affect the welfare of the community. This paper aims to see the impact of PTSL through community livelihood assets. This paper focuses on analyzing the livelihood assets of PTSL participating communities in Karangwangi Village, Depok District, Cirebon Regency. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods to obtain data related to livelihood assets. The quantitative method is carried out through surveys which are then analyzed using pentagon livelihood assets. For qualitative methods, it is carried out through in-depth interviews. The result of this study is an increase in 3 (three) out of 5 (five) livelihood assets. Livelihood assets can be used as an analysis of people's welfare and poverty, so as not to fixate only on economic aspects. Analysis using livelihood assets can be used for evaluation of the PTSL program. In addition, analysis using livelihood assets can improve understanding and expand the study of poverty and community welfare.
