Abstract

Land registration sporadically is a process of recording or registering land ownership rights that are done separately and discontinuously. Sporadic land registration often leads to data fragmentation and difficulties in tracking the comprehensive history of land ownership. In providing services for land registration documents sporadically through the Computerized Land Activity System (KKP), it is found that in the method of sporadic land registration, each transaction or change of land ownership is individually recorded without being linked to other transactions. This results in the Computerized Land Activity System (KKP) being unable to track the registration documents when they stop and cannot accurately identify the holder of the documents. The KKP system can only detect the movement of documents without providing information about the responsible parties for the movement. This research aims to identify concrete solutions that can be applied to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of land registration processes through an application-based approach, as well as to understand the impact of implementing this solution on the performance of land registration document management at the Land Office. The method used in this research is the Research and Development method, which involves conducting research and development to produce a specific product and test the effectiveness of the product. The research is conducted by conducting indepth analyses of the challenges faced by the Land Office of Pasuruan Regency in providing services for sporadic land registration documents through the Computerized Land Activity System (KKP). The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the AppSheetbased application can provide an effective solution to overcome challenges in providing services for sporadic land registration documents at the Land Office of Pasuruan Regency. By using this application, the process of recording and tracking land registration documents becomes more structured and efficient. This application allows for detailed tracking of the journey of documents, identification of document holders, and provision of more accurate information about the status of document movement. The results of this research also show that the use of the AppSheet application can enhance transparency and accountability in the land registration process. With well-documented records, decision-making becomes more informed and accountable. The use of this application can also reduce the risk of data fragmentation and difficulties in tracking the history of land ownership. The results of functionality testing and user testing demonstrate that the AppSheet application successfully overcomes the challenges previously faced in the Computerized Land Activity System (KKP). This application is capable of providing more comprehensive information about document movement and document holders, as well as improving accessibility for all officials involved in the land registration process.
