Abstract

The cross-sector land registration program is an initiative by the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) that plays a significant role in addressing land registration and issuance of land certificates in Indonesia. This research aims to explore the stages of implementing the cross-sector land registration program and to understand community participation and support for the program. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with an empirical approach. Data collection techniques involve interviews, field observations, and literature studies. The collected data is then analyzed descriptively to gain a deeper understanding of the process of implementing the cross-sector land registration program at the Land Office of Kulon Progo Regency, as well as to analyze the level of community participation and support. The researcher also employs SWOT analysis to provide strategic recommendations for the program's sustainability. The implementation of the cross-sector land registration program in Kulon Progo Regency involves collaboration between the Land Office, the Department of Marine and Fisheries, and the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM). The program's stages include planning, preparation, execution, certificate issuance, and reporting. The cross-sector land registration program has positively enhanced land services at the land office. The high community support for this program is based on the benefits gained, including more affordable costs, streamlined and efficient processes, and legal certainty regarding land ownership.
