Abstract

Regional Property is an asset that is managed by the Asset Sector at the Office of the Regional Finance and Asset Agency which has authority and responsibility in planning strategies for optimizing assets, developing and increasing the economic value of these assets in order to support regional economic resources. The asset management strategy must be aligned with the supervisory function to mitigate problems that occur, especially in land assets that are vulnerable to boundary and location disputes. However, in reality, in the field of land and building assets owned by the Regional Government, optimal security has not been carried out, this has resulted in control by other parties or individuals. Limited information regarding the location of the asset sector is one of the causes of the less than optimal security of these assets. To deal with this, the strategy carried out is through the development of a webgis that can present information on the distribution of land parcels owned by local government assets. This study aims to integrate land data, namely spatial data and textual data with government asset data, namely the nominative list of Goods Inventory Cards (KIB) A Land. The integration of the data is presented via webgis. This study uses research and development research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, document studies and questionnaires. The results of this study are in the form of a webGIS design that presents the distribution of local government asset land parcels along with their spatial and textual information. The implementation of the webGIS is designed to be able to present an attractive user interface, be able to integrate land databases and asset data, make it easy to find plot locations in the field with a connection to Google Maps, make it easy to find land parcels using the search feature and be able to print textual data from each - each plot of land.
