Abstract

The Complete Systematic Land Registration Program is the first simultaneous land registration activity for all land registration objects in a village/kelurahan area which includes physical and juridical data collection. The PTSL program is often linked to the Quality of Data available at the Land office in an effort to realize a Complete City. The quality of the data will be categorized into fields K1, K2, K3, K4. So that to realize Indonesia towards a complete city begins through improving the quality of land data and processing it through the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL). in the K4 category field, it is necessary to carry out data quality improvement activities. Improving data quality is a change in Spatial and Textual Data in K4 fields to K1,2,3 fields. Improving data quality has been highlighted since the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program, which is one of PTSL's work that includes improving data quality, namely mapping land parcels registered in GeoKKP where this activity is included in PTSL Cluster 4 work.
