Abstract

The LSD stipulation policy in reality is not in accordance with the KP2B, thus hampering the issuance of KKPR for business activities. This research aims to map the suitability of LSD to KP2B and KKPR for business activities in 2022 in Purworejo Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a spatial approach. The results of this study are: (1) 12,881.91 ha or 46.62% of the total LSD area is in accordance with KP2B, 14,009.60 ha or 50.70% is partially in accordance, and 739.27 ha or 2.68% is not in accordance with KP2B; (2) there are two out of seven KKPR for business activities, especially Non-UMK, whose locations partially enter the LSD; (3) the PMPTSP Office of Purworejo Regency continues to conditionally approve KKPR for Non-UMK business activities that enter the LSD. Furthermore, efforts were made to request recommendations for land use change to the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN so that the business location could be removed from the LSD.
