Abstract
Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) which is oriented as accelerating the land registration process for the first time systematically as a national movement to create complete land registration to support national strategic projects, in its implementation there are still problems that are allegedly causing problems with speed and security. The problem tends to be more complex when there is remaining work each year. This research tries to solve problems in the remaining work that occurred in the 2017-2019 PTSL program at the South Tangerang City Land Office along with alternative solutions. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively with a descriptive approach. The findings of this study are various problems originating from the remaining PTSL program or being left over from work. Classification of problems is carried out with a sequence of types of remaining PTSL work in 2017-2019, including: incomplete or missing files or papers, bookkeeping documents that have been printed but have not been approved, wrong object, wrong subject, wrong subject and object, overlapping or overlapping overlapping, other causes and the results of the 2020 evaluation. An alternative solution carried out by the South Tangerang City Land Office to reduce the remaining PTSL work is to build a PTSL post.
