Abstract

Indonesia has two types of services, namely: private services and public services. The purpose of these services is to meet the needs and welfare of the community. But the fact is that services in Indonesia are still having problems, especially in public services. People still feel that public services provided by the government are complicated, unresponsive, not timely, and not satisfactory. Overcoming this problem, in 2014 the Ministry of PANRB initiated a movement One Agency One Innovation. This was carried out by one of the land offices in Kendal Regency who made a service innovation to overcome the queue of applicants. This service innovation is called ‘Drive Thru’. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of land services between services through counters and service Drive Thru innovation using the level of interest, satisfaction, trust the applicant. This research is a qualitative research with a comparative approach. The data obtained is data from interviews and observations. The results of this study are that land service through counters is far more effective than using service Drive Thru innovation. This is because applicants have more confidence in using services through the counter. Keywords: Service, Drive Thru Innovation, Interest, Satisfaction, Trust
