Abstract

In order to improve land services, a service innovation is carried out. The Wonosobo District Land Office initiated a land service innovation, namely PORTANDES (Village Land Portal). PORTANDES is a bridge between service users and the land office through the local village/kelurahan. This study aims to determine the strategy for using PORTANDES in improving land services at the Wonosobo District Land Office, to find out the problems and solutions encountered in the implementation of PORTANDES in improving land services. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. In its implementation in the village of Karangsambung there were 2 applicants who used the PORTANDES service. From the 2 applicants, interviews were then conducted which led to the conclusion that the PORTANDES service in Karangsambung Village made it easier for the community to carry out land activities. Then several problems were found in the use of PORTANDES, including: lack of understanding of the PORTANDES admin in Karangsambung Village, Kalibawang District, Wonosobo Regency, lack of knowledge of the village community, digital document storage, and no notification to PORTANDES to improve land services at the Wonosobo District Land Office. After that, use the SWOT analysis to find a solution to the problem. These solutions include: conducting training for the PORTANDES admin, conducting massive and comprehensive socialization, preparing device storage, and checking the website periodically.
