Abstract

The PTSL policy involves the community component according to Permen ATR/BPN Number 6 of 2018 Article 42 paragraph (1). In 2019 the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs/BPN established the Agrarian Reform Acceleration Program (PPRA) which received support from the World Bank to increase the economics of land use by the community. The implementation budget is based on Foreign Grant Loans (PHLN). Its implementation has started phases 1-4 in 7 (seven) provinces and phase 5 carried out in 3 (three) Java Provinces. In 2022 it will be held in East Java Province, Pasuruan Regency. PTSL PM + PHLN in 2022 requires PULDATAN and KJSB to use the My Land Survey application. In collecting land data (physical and juridical) in the My Tanah Survey application, there are still a number of users experiencing problems. This study aims to identify obstacles to using the Tanahku Survey Application in collecting physical and juridical data using ISO 25010 analysis instruments. Based on the results of ISO 25010 instrument analysis the constraints encountered by users are: unable to make changes to data if it has been uploaded; there is no guarantee of data security before synchronization; one user account can be used on different devices; One user account can be used by a number of other users; Incomplete features and functions that support accelerated data entry and upload; no error detection when inputting data; and suddenly experienced a lost signal even though it was in an area covered by internet signals
