Abstract

This research is a case study research with a quantitative approach used in conducting statistical analysis of variable X and Y. The population in this study amounted to 200 plots of land redistribution which was then determined by samples using the Slovin formula with the results of 67 samples. Based on the heterokedasticity test that land redistribution as variable X, and community welfare as variable Y do not have a significant influence. The absence of a significant influence influenced by population growth only occurs in residents who are not included in the sample recipients of land redistribution, while the income figures of the research sample have not changed in each profession, and in reality in 2022 there is inflation in all regions of Indonesia of 5.95% which has an impact on CPI increases on main commodities such as fuel oil, rice, chicken meat, eggs. So, this study shows that there is no significant effect of the land redistribution program on the level of welfare in Sampetan Village, and supports the existing hypothesis.
